Reiki Session

Before the Reiki session begins, we will have a point of contact, which can take place a few days or just hours before the session. This initial discussion, lasting about 15 minutes, allows us to review what you need and for me to explain how the session will unfold. The actual Reiki session itself lasts approximately 15 to 20 minutes, during which I will channel healing energy to support you on your journey. We will then conclude the experience with a 15-minute wrap-up, where we can talk about your experience and any insights that may have emerged during the session. This structured approach ensures that you are well-prepared and that we can maximize the benefits of your healing process.
